D'ECHO

D’Echo is a classic Bordeaux blend made up of Cabernet Sauvignon (70%) and Merlot (30%). Its name recalls the events of a past but unforgotten time and most of all our historical potential for wine production. It is an echo of the ancient Etruscan roots of our land and oenology, affecting today the recent Bordeaux style wine renaissance.

Winemaking

The accurate selection we are working on in the vineyards and in the cellar is the first passage before the destemming and the gentle pressing of the grapes. The two single varieties are vinificated separately for about eighteen days, inside conical oak vats, at a controlled temperature. Afterwards, the wine stays inside 80 hl oak barrels for a period of six months and the final refinement takes place inside the bottle for at least three months.
