The architectural design and all technical facilities with modern winery, are essential to the goal of producing a high quality and are designed for the processing of grapes to the highest level by choosing to also use the conical tanks with oak a system of temperature control extremely avant-garde, creating the subtle balance that allows you to turn every single bunch in a great wine.
Inside the wine makes all the various stages, from the malolactic fermentation and aging, where later, under the careful attention of experts who control the sensitive stages of maturation.
The cellar is equipped with the most modern and sophisticated machinery for manufacturing including bottling, where through a modern sterile line, the wine is bottled the aging process going on within the bottle where it matures fully. |
